What form of payment do you accept?
You can pay using PayPal or debit/credit card. If you need a bank transfer please contact me.
How can I upload my files?
Instructions for uploading can be found here.
Can I receive different versions of my song like radio edits or instrumentals?
Yes, for each different version there is a charge of £12. You can select this option on the order form.
Do you provide streaming formats?
Yes, for an additional charge you can select Apple Digital Masters and/or Spotify loudness normalisation at checkout.
What format should my files be in?
I can take almost any format but usually 24bit and 44.1k is preferred. See the upload instructions for full details.
Can I submit reference tracks for the type of sound I'm looking for?
Yes, I highly recommend sending a reference song or two to help communicate how you'd like the track to sound. Add instructions in the order form field provided.
Should I send my files for mixing with or without effects?
I normally prefer to work starting with tracks sounding the way the original rough mix was done so I can focus on improving from that starting point. If you are unsure about some sounds you can send dry versions of those too.
How many revisions can I get?
2 revisions are included based on the original files sent. If you need to make corrections on your end and resend new premasters or stems then there is a charge to implement these.
What is your average turnaround time?
For stereo masters usually a couple of days. Stem masters 3–5 days. Mixdowns normally within 5–7 days. All estimates are business days and don't count weekends. If you need faster delivery select the Express option at checkout — Express 24, 48, or 72 hours calculated from the time I receive your files.
Can you provide vocal editing or tuning?
Yes, there are options for both available on the Mixing + Mastering order form.
Can you provide production services to help finish my track?
Yes, please contact me for your requirements. I can provide additional sounds, arrangement automation, or other production additions to complete your song.
